Q. How do I get started?
Creating an account is very easy. Simply click on Create an account link and you can get started right away. Our staff is here to help; they can also create your account if you are not in front of a computer. Please, contact our team with any questions or concerns you may have.

Q. How long does it take to set up my Account?
Your SpinnerMail account will be active within 24 hours.

Q. What am I responsible for?
SpinnerMail® does not provide lists or accept anything less than double opt-in lists on our servers. We serve a strict NO-SPAM policy.

Q. How do I login to my account?
The customer login is located on the right hand side of the SpinnerMail® homepage. Enter username and password. Please Contact us if you need our assistance.

Q. Can I use bulk email lists?
SpinnerMail® is designed for opt-in permission based customer lists. We do not allow any bulk email lists on our servers.

Q. Is this considered Spam?
"Spam" is the term for unsolicited email. SpinnerMail® does not permit the use of bulk lists or the act of spamming. Your list must be an existing customer list or a qualified opt-in list in order to use the SpinnerMail® system.

Q. How do I get my existing customers into my SpinnerMail® account?
You may input their information individually or upload lists in your account.

Q. Can anyone else access my customer list?
No. The data is yours and only yours. You will have access to it 24/7 and it resides in a secure environment that only you can get to. If you discontinue your account, the data is transferred to you (via mail) and erased from the system.

Q. Is my customer list secure?
Your data is stored in a secure environment and only you have access to it. Our servers are housed in a private area that is monitored 24/7 and protected by firewalls and other technology.

Q. How can a customer unsubscribe or be removed from my list?
There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email campaign. SpinnerMail® automatically filters all those who unsubscribe from your campaigns.

Q. What if I need help creating the email?
If assistance is needed you can access the help desk system. You may choose to have SpinnerMail® create the campaigns for you.

Q. What do I do if I don't know how to write HTML?
You will have access to the easy-to-use editors (similar to MS Word). The easy-to-use editor will help you to prepare attractive emails without any HTML knowledge, by providing a pre-made template

Q. Can I use my own graphics?
Yes, simply click the image icon in our HTML editor at the designated place you want the image inserted, and browse your hard drive for the file. All images are stored in your image library.

Q. How big should the graphics be for my email messages?
It would be preferred that your largest image is no more than 600 pixels wide x 100 pixels tall. You can upload graphics in .jpg or .gif format. You should strive to keep your images optimized for the fastest download possible and keep the entire HTML message under 150k.

Q. Can I create the HTML using other software?
Yes, you can create the HTML messages using other software and simply copy/paste the raw HTML into the freestyle builder form.

Q. How do I preview my message?
After you create a message, SpinnerMail® allows you to preview and edit the message.

When you create an email you decide what date and time to send the email to your selected group or entire list.
